Universal Love client portal is the centralized hub for all things related to your sessions. It's your one-stop spot to send messages, dive into the Harmony Hub effortlessly schedule sessions. Follow this brief guide on how to use it.

Program Access

The Activity Tab is your client portal's home base. You'll send messages, get date alerts, and review past correspondence here. As well as access, your courses & meditations.



Lessons 

There are a list of courses and lessons available to you. Access via phone, tablet or laptop to watch videos, access workbooks and meditation.


The Messenger

The Shared/Files Tab holds all project documents, like proposals, contracts, and attachments. Click to review any file you need.

Communication

Availability

We’re available 10 am to 6 pm.


 Communication: 

We’ll communicate primarily through email, outside of our once a month video call.

 

Holiday Policy: 

We do not work on holidays. We can connect prior to major holidays to establish deadlines. 

 


Vacation Policy: 

We’ll provide you with notice of any upcoming vacations so that we can plan work together appropriately, and ensure that you have everything you need while we're out.


 

Rush Policy: 

As a reminder, rush requests are those that require completion within 12 hours. Rush requests may result in a rush fee.
