To free the mind and just be, is a process that takes consistent effort on a daily basis. It is the transition to allow and the techniques in learning to be in the now that many start and eventually give up on because the journey is just that, a journey.
When you allow, you can accept and be able to make logical decisions that has less stress on the body, mind and spirit.
