Regain The Focus You Need To Succeed

Focus can be a challenge.  When this stronghold of the mind comes into play, being productive, emotionally balanced and feeling whole becomes difficult.  A separation exists within and a feeling of displacement begins to occur.

In many cases, we fall into a rat race that does not allow the connection to be met for the root cause until it has gone too far.  By this point, we have fallen into excuses to why we can’t focus.  These reasons which we can all identify with is:
  • We are getting older
  • We live in a fast paced world
  • There is a physical reason (ie. injury, hormones, medication, etc.)
  • Too many things to do and not enough time
Training the mind to focus is a challenge for many.  What I have found, cause I too have gone through the struggles of focusing, is that energetically there are bigger ties to this than we realize.  To regain our focus, we must do things to ground ourselves and spiritually break strongholds of the mind and regain our energetic levels in that positive light. 
Meditate on the positive energy around you and begin to focus on clearing the mind from any negative thoughts that may exist within you.  By stating a prayer or a verse that fights what is working against you.
When you meditate, visualize a protection around you.  Rejecting all negative thoughts, words or actions that are against you.  Visualize cleansing your own energy and flushing out any negative thoughts, words or patterns from you.  As you do this, pray and replace with the following thought pattern to increase your protection and your mind.
1.       I pull down the stronghold of confusion in my life. 
2.       Every seat of confusion in my life, be broken down.
3.       Let the storm of confusion within my mind be still.
4.       Every cloud of confusion that has enveloped my mind, fade away now.
5.       I reject every storm of confusion, and claim a sound mind.
6.       Every power that wants to destroy my life, I command you to be destroyed.
Say these prayers as you meditate upon the goodness and positive energy within you.  Focus on the words and meditate on them.  As you focus on this, embrace the centered feeling that this gives. Allow this energy to permeate through you and connect to your spirit from within.  
You should begin to feel a lift, a clearing.  Just embrace it as long as you need it.  When you are ready, and a thought of what you should do for the day, a project, a goal, or for someone, write it down and let your ideas flow.  Accept the breakage and allow yourself freedom of expression and creativity.
You are capable.  This can get done.  Breathe out any stress or anxiety, release and then take action.
