The true change starts from within. Ever have a day where you feel like you are dragging? Exercise, feel like you eat right but at the end of the day, the true results show directly the opposite? Well most often times than none, what I have found for myself, is that I have gotten off track.
When you get off track from eating healthy, it is more difficult to see. The reason is that the mind has already made the decision to do better and based on the earlier habits, we believe that this is getting done. However, there are signs that our body signals to us to let us know that “Houston, we have a problem”
Some Signs that there is too much Acid in diet:

One way to get back on track is to start adding more alkaline foods in your diet. By focusing on fresh fruits and vegetables and decreasing your meat intake, you allow your body to process better and have more energy to get you through your day.
