Coming Home: When Your Soul is Tired of Distractions
Releasing your thoughts to a process is not about timing, but the length of time you will put into the navigations to move from the original path to where you desire to go.  Often times, we feel burnt out, defeated with the pacing of "can I move on?" tracking in the subset of the mind.  These thoughts are intrusive, debilitating and often times the core of why its hard to move forward.  The core of why its hard to change friends, change a job, start a business or even deeper trust a new relationship.

They navigate on the past experiences you have endured.  The ones you have witnessed and somehow has found a way to validate with certainty the evolution of your future based on these distinct instances.  Now, instead of trusting the process, one grows old to the fact that they too have tried a number of times and that defeat is imminent.

Processing, through this one shifts to distractive vices, such as scrolling, shopping, watch the newest thing and to try this new spark to inspire and move again.

The key is not to follow these patterns of avoidance, but to expand in the discomfort and embody the feelings that come forth.  To feel back into the body and trust it again.  This is coming home, this is how we reconnect with self in such a way you trust the most important person you can trust again. YOU.

The release we seek shows up as voyages, long trips, exotic destinations on a mission to find oneself again.  When in essence, that person is present with you.  Though the energy somewhere can be magnetic and deeply help with this process, most often find this seeking as a their cure when its a dressed up distraction.  The synergy of feeling present, breaking past the noise, getting back into your body takes a willful mind to move past the toxic noise of distress with the strength to feel whole and complete again.

Releasing any stagnation held by other powers and most important, the ones held by the mind.  Its breaking past the noise, feeling the connection within.  Many times this is scary, I've been there before and can feel overwhelming if not defeating with trying to pull yourself from a place where the inner strength is weakened.

"I am not a map of my past;
I am the architect of my becoming."

You don't have to navigate that voyage alone. Whether it's through the deep identity work inEmerge or a private Healing Session to clear the blocks we've discussed today, I am here to help you turn your stagnation into soul-aligned momentum.

The person you are seeking is already present. Sometimes, you just need a guide to help you clear the noise so you can hear them again.  Whether through the container of Emerge or a private Healing Session, I am here to walk with you.
