Transformation happens when you least expect it. It can be spontaneous to the point you just go to sleep and wake to an epiphany or as simple as making the decision that enough is enough. That tipping point is a result of you showing up for yourself, realizing when a person is showing up for you, when they are not and making the decision that no one is going to have that level of power over you anymore.
Its a choice to stop the people pleasing, to let go of the pain or anger that holds you up and to free yourself of what has kept your peace away from you. Some may read this and say "I wish". But in that same thought, reflect back at a pain that haunts you. Wondering how you can get rid of it. Wishing secretly, that it was that simple.
Sometimes its not.
I won't lie to you and think that things just fall off of you. At times there are external forces in the unseen realm at hand, as well as generational habits and imprints that influence a persons ability to dissolve such traumatic instances. It literally hinders a person from moving forward where no supplement, therapy or anything will actually help lift the thing.
You will feel trapped and even hopeless if this is not removed. You may feel this deep in your soul, but don't trust a reader, or a person because you've been hurt so much. Like how can burning a candle help erase a curse?
I've asked the same and to be honest, most of those burning them are fake. Charging $200 to have you giving up your power once again to an unknown source. Its a depleting cycle. Hence discernment and trusting an inner guide to navigate you to the light is what's necessary. The one where the very thing inside you that is holding you back is scared because it knows it will lose and you will be free.
When I began my spiritual journey, the last thing I expected was hearing a voice, seeing a thing, having vivid dreams or any of the sort. But I learned quickly that not all unseen is trustworthy. That me listening to IT is me being a puppet and THAT was NOT happening. When you are being guided by light, its just that a guide. Your free will to continue on a beaten path is yours as well as it is for you to release yourself from turmoil.
Some like the pain. No lie...married to it in fact.
And that is their choice. I see it and learned not to do a thing about it.
"When the student is ready,
the teacher will appear."
I've learned my path is not to force or turn someone to believe, but be myself and those ready will come on their own time and do the things needed to fully love themselves and break the conditions and constraints that have been built in to help in their divine purpose.
